Here, we introduce various safety initiatives at Nippon Fruehauf Company, Ltd.

Creating and providing high-quality products and services is what we always aim to do at Nippon Fruehauf. Furthermore, we believe that the safety and health of our employees are the foundation for all of our efforts to achieve this goal.
That is why we are making every effort to ensure that all of employees participate in safety and health activities. The objective, of course, is to achieve a manufacturing site free from accidents and injuries. To achieve this goal, we have set up the Safety Training Dojo, a hands-on facility established based on our past experience to raise awareness of safety through the experience of various hazards.
We protect our employees working at manufacturing sites. By protecting them, we improve the quality of our products and contribute to the distribution of society. We will never neglect our efforts to achieve this goal and make improvements.
KYT / RA training
In addition to the above activities, we conduct KYT (Kiken Yochi Training, meaning hazard prediction training) as a place to study and learn more specific and practical accident prevention measures. We consider that overlooking the seeds of danger is a major risk that may lead to serious accidents, and we make sure to share this point with our employees.
In addition to the daily KYT training, we provide RA (Risk Assessment) training in equipment operation and work to give employees the opportunity to learn skills to identify hazards.
We have been working on improvement of the level of safety in the workplaces by ensuring that each employee is aware of potential risks in the workplaces and has the ability to take actions.
